Board Policy & Procedures
Pleasant View Homeowners Association members and the Board of Directors are governed by By-laws and Covenants. Both are legally-binding documents intended to preserve and promote property values and protect homeowner investments by ensuring everyone certain things cannot be done which would have a negative impact on property values.
A primary purpose of policies and procedures is to address how the Pleasant View HOA Board of Directors will support all members of the Pleasant View Homeowners’ Association. Policies are intended to be a guide to the Board and to members of the Pleasant View Homeowners’ Association/Community in recognizing our responsibilities to the Homeowner, and in turn, the Homeowners responsibilities to the Pleasant View Homeowners’ Association.
Some policies may be required by law, others by common sense. Some policy statements may be buried in board meeting minutes or other records. We are making a concerted effort to gather all into one place which is easily accessible to board members and members of the community.
